Trampolín Solidario gives opportunities to people who due to their social condition, the destruction of traditional jobs, etc. find it difficult to access the labor market. As those heading up the company, María Guadalupe Martín and Ángel Gabriel Díaz say, "We are doing it through caring for the environment, using organic techniques and trying to generate as little waste as possible.

The company assigns 100% of its profits to the creation of jobs and training for the professionalization of its workers. The people hired by Trampolín Solidario work for a year while they participate in a job-finding pathway where they mature their idea of entrepreneurship. This training pathway receives personal advice and mentoring with the aim of becoming self-employed and thus joining the network of the company's organic producers.

Its goal is to recover the agricultural sector, combining training and job-finding for people in social exclusion with the use of organic agriculture. The system of sowing is innovative: it combines the simultaneous production of organic tropical fruit (banana and papaya) with that of vegetables.

This optimizes the use of resources and increases the volume and diversity of products, leading to higher profits. Trampolín Solidario uses a liquid fertilizing system (SEFEL), which not only improves the soil but reduces plagues and reuses the waste from agriculture and livestock farming.
