Soulem is a job finding company that designs and manufactures lampshades for the hotel and catering sectors. In the words of Macarena López-Cordón, these lamps have distinctive features of a social nature, as the hands making them are those of women whose lives are being improved.

Soulem is part of the Entre Mujeres association, which was founded in the Madrid neighborhood of Hortaleza, where local women with fewer resources are given training to deliver food through the Food Bank.
It was the women in the association themselves who learned to create lampshades, and it is when the customers came that Soulem Inserción was created as a company defined by its creators as "sustainable."

Soulem helps women with family responsibilities, without resources, limited education, and above all with major difficulties to access the labor market.
