Maide is a catering business that support socially excluded - such as refugees- or economically dependent women and turn them into food business professionals. This social enterprise offers culinary training and continuous training including marketing, cost control, food photography, sales and procurement. "The aim is that they will begin real certified professionals and could easily find employment through the certificate and experience they will develop", says Shirley Kaston, cofounder.
Maide also has a child friendly area within its building for mothers to leave their kid while working in the kitchen.
