The circuit consists of ten stations in which participants engage in different exercises targeting different physical skills, such as: strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance, power, cardiovascular and respiratory resilience ... All these skills are monitored by keeping track of three variables: load, intensity and movement. This way, the method can adjusted to fit the level of each athlete, whether basic or advanced. "Our methodology integrates the most innovative training systems: ¨10 intervals x 40 Seconds", says its founder, Juan Carlos Anaya. "Where the customer sets the condition, we are the solution".
This company manages to integrate the most innovative training systems framed within the "10 Intervals x 40 Seconds" methodology. "We are looking for a different experience: to hook everyone who's lazy or lack the motivation to train." Cross 40 offers customers a functional study with everything they need to get the most out of each training. In addition, the company promotes healthy food habits in its cafeteria and has set up co-branding agreements with sports brands that accompany their clients, offering them different options to exercise.
Cross 40's goal is to support athletes nationwide and have more happy users, helping them "push their limits and embrace a new form of exercising, where they feel capable and improve their quality of life."
