This is the first time that organizations in the disability sector have combined to create a consultancy specializing in CSR for companies, contributing their experience and knowledge from a service enterprise approach. Thanks to its activity, Cadena de Valor generates new value, reduces intermediaries and improves returns. This is done with the involvement of four organizations from Madrid with more than twenty years of experience in the area of disability. They provide a service to 1,500 people who need high levels of support.
The work of Cadena De Valor with companies includes the design of community investment plans and reports, the implementation of corporate volunteering programs and compliance with all the existing regulations in the area of disability. As explained on its website, its work results in a direct and very positive impact for the companies with which they work: "According to all the studies, improving the company's social footprint and ensuring it results directly in better financial returns and a better positioning with respect to the competition."
Cadena de Valor improves the economic sustainability of social enterprises working in the area of disability. Its social impact is through the number of companies that participate in the programs that develop community investment and synergies with the enterprise in the area of disability. It is a way of committing to its view of disability and an indication of the impact on the business world.
