This Mexican social enterprise proposes on the correct way of disposing of mineral oil. Its circular economy model manages everything from the collection to the subsequent treatment of mineral oil waste to manufacture environmentally and economically viable products such as fuel and oil for the production of new lubricants.

The process is managed by means of a technological platform that offers advice and metrics on the revaluation of the product and its environmental impacts. The innovation lies in the mineral oil purification process. This process is modular and highly efficient from an energy consumption standpoint, which is minified. The system uses high vacuum techniques in combination with progressive and controlled heating, which results in an equilibrium point for the evaporation of mineral oil. The high-value energy products resulting from the process meet all applicable SAE and ASTM international standards thus offering an affordable alternative for the automotive industry and market.

The company intends to continue researching and developing ways to improve the lubricating oil regeneration process by applying the vacuum distillation and hydrotreating method. In addition, the company aims to upgrade its laboratories to enhance the quality of both its products and services.
