Break Bread, Break Borders ("BBBB") is an incubator of social catering service businesses offering delicious Middle Eastern appetizers, recipes and desserts prepared exclusively by female refugees. This innovative model helps raise awarneess these women's culture and situation, fostering the exchange of experiences and knowledge. "We focus on economic empowerment through food and culture," explains its founder, Jin-Ya Huang.

BBBB creates economic opportunities for migrants by leveraging their skills and talents. By enrolling in the program, participants learn how to work in the food industry and benefit from the training programs offered and the advice from professional chefs. BBBB has successfully tested its model in Dallas and expects to reach its economic targets to cover the expenses of training programs and secure a steady income and a decent salary to these refugees. "BBBB is investing in women to turn them into a team of expert cooks, local food entrepreneurs and empower them to become leaders in their own community."
