Aiudo is a company that offers home help for people who are taking care of a dependent family member, whether the elderly or children. This enterprise finds jobs for people though selecting care givers according to the specific need of each family.
Its goal is to focus on the pathology of the people they are caring for and offer work to vulnerable segments. "We look after elderly people and provide jobs. We have a job bank of 4,000 carers and give priority to people with urgent needs to find work, such as victims of gender violence or social exclusion. They are offered a formal employment contract and social security," explains one of the team, Daniel Ibiza.
In current society, these types of enterprises are more necessary than ever. Aging will be a problem in the future at European level and employment is already a problem in the present day. Moreover, the domestic employment sector needs better regulation. "That is why we must combine all these factors to create fair solutions that contribute value to society," explains Daniel.
